...he slept through the whole entire night! 7 p.m. - 6 a.m. Uninterrupted! And it only took 17 1/2 months. Call the newspapers! (Actually, if you called the Colfax newspaper, they'd probably print it. Along with Great Aunt Ida's trip to the hairdresser.)

What a wonderful gift!! I remember when the girls slept through the night, unfortunately they were 36 & 48 months!! You accomplished it in 1/2 the time:) I bet you feel like Superwoman today! It's worthy of a celebration!

I think I'm more excited about Owain sleeping through the night than when Sanne did for the first time. I would imagine you feel like two new people today!!
Three cheers for Owain, so kind to his mama and dad today!
Dear Lostview,
I happened across your blog several months ago (linked from a friend's blog to a friend's blog and so on...) and I just have to tell you how much I enjoy keeping up with you! Your story is inspiring, your children are GORGEOUS!, and your impact stretches farther than you can imagine. So thank you!
Also, as a former north-west-wisconsinite, I can truly appreciate your stories of "Slo-fax" :)
Take Care!!
Now, the big question is, did YOU sleep through the night? That was the hardest thing for me--once the kids slept through the night, I was so used to waking up in the night that it took me a while to re-learn uninterrupted sleep. Here's to a recurrence tomorrow night! And the next, and the next....
YAY! Por fin!!
Thanks for all of your comments everyone - you too, anonymous! I'm so glad you stop by from time to time. If you're ever back in Slo-fax, be sure to look us up! We love visitors here!
And Karen, I did sleep through the night too, but mainly that's because Jay was on Owain duty and I was able to let go. When I'm on duty it's a whole different story - and it took me a long time to be able to sleep through at all at the start - even when I was sleeping downstairs with the white noise blasting! Last night wasn't as good, but at least now we know he can do it!
well done little dude! glad you're catching a break too ma and pa!
great job Owain! you need to come teach Griffin the same trick!
